Since the government had given interest in the development of the
countrys infrastructures in 1963, an engineering construction venture
emerged from a team of 3 engineers by the name of A.S. Associate
Limited Partnership with a registered capital of 1 million Bahts. A
year later, this venture changed its name to A.S. Associated Engineering (1964) Company Limited

The initial works were various constructions for The Office in Charge of Construction, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Thailand
at Takli, Sakon Nakorn, Nakhon Ratchasima, Ubon Ratchathani and Udon
Thani of the U.S. Army. Later, its performed all kinds of engineering
constructions, especially, civil engineering. At present, its
registered paid-up capital is at 1.01 billion Bahts and its headquarter
is situated at 230 Soi Yasoob 1, Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, Jomphol,
Jatujak, Bangkok.
